We want Fisho to be a 'do it all' platform for anglers. Use our social features to connect with other fishing enthusiasts, our fishing features to track, monitor and improve your fishing performance, and then prove your skills with our competitions.

With Fisho, you can follow other anglers on the platform. You can create, like, and comment on posts. You can also direct message other users and communicate in large groups by creating or joining fishing-related groups of your choice.

We have plenty of fishing-related features. You can log catches, view catch and tackle statistics, track what tackle items you have by adding them to your tackle box, and even identify fish species using our AI tool!

Tap the "+" button at the top right of the fishing screen, then select "Log Catch." Fill in details about your catch including species, size, location, and photos. The more information you provide, the better your fishing journal will be!

Adding location helps you remember your best fishing spots and contributes to community knowledge about where certain species are biting. Don't worry - you can keep your exact spot private if it's a secret. You can either mark the entire log as 'Private' so no one can see it, or simply hide the location so users can see your catch but not where you caught it. Additionally, adding a location allows us to fetch weather and tide information for that exact spot!

Fishing spots are different from your catch logs. If you want to find other fishing spots, we have a perfect feature for that. Our map showcases fishing spots around Australia and provides useful data statistics that you might find helpful!

No, not directly! You can't manually add fishing spots to our map. We generate these ourselves from the data we collect. Any public logs that are added will result in a fishing spot being created with the data linked. This is a great way to help other Fisho users and get them fishing!

Our spots are added by the community. While we strive for accuracy, conditions can change, and access points may vary. We do our best to verify that the fishing spot feature is used properly with correct data and locations within fishing regulations, but some may be missed. Please report any inaccuracies to us so we can remove them! Always check local fishing regulations when you plan to fish!

The Fisho team regularly adds fishing competitions for our users to participate in. Users can upload a catch log to the competition, and we judge it based on the criteria we have set. Participants are rewarded with points and prizes so they can climb the national leaderboards!

The AI-Guide analyzes the criteria you've set, as well as the data we have access to, and provides you with a list of 5 spots that suit what you're looking for! This feature may be limited at release but will continue to improve in effectiveness as we grow!

On the app, from your profile page, you can go to settings and request that all your stored data is deleted. Please note that this action cannot be undone.
