This Legal Notice applies to Atlas Mini, Fisho hardware products, and related website content published by MASEA AU PTY LTD trading as FISHO TECHNOLOGIES, ACN 699 354 357.

Product Purpose

Atlas Mini is a connected marine electronics device designed to link supported boat data with the Fisho app.

Atlas Mini can support features such as local boat telemetry, trip context, Dock Watch, alerts, and supported NMEA 2000 data where those features are available and correctly configured.

Not Safety Or Navigation Equipment

Atlas Mini is not a replacement for:

• required vessel safety equipment
• navigation instruments
• chartplotters
• marine radios
• emergency beacons
• watchkeeping
• skipper judgement
• manual vessel checks

Do not rely on Atlas Mini as your only source of safety, navigation, location, weather, battery, engine, depth, anchor, or vessel-status information.

Alerts And Remote Features

Alerts, notifications, Dock Watch, live sharing, cloud sync, and remote features depend on conditions outside our control, including:

• device power
• Wi-Fi coverage
• internet availability
• phone settings
• app permissions
• cloud services
• GPS availability
• NMEA 2000 data availability
• correct setup

Alerts may be delayed, unavailable, incomplete, or inaccurate. Do not rely on Atlas Mini as an emergency monitoring service.

Installation

Atlas Mini must be installed and used according to the product documentation.

If you are not confident with marine electronics, NMEA 2000 networks, wiring, mounting, or waterproofing, use a competent marine installer.

Incorrect installation can cause unreliable data, product damage, network issues, or unsafe operation.

NMEA 2000 Compatibility

Atlas Mini is designed for supported NMEA 2000 networks.

Compatibility depends on the vessel network, sensors, devices, PGNs, firmware, configuration, and installation.

Unless we expressly state otherwise in writing, Atlas Mini is not represented as NMEA 2000 certified.

Do not use NMEA 2000 certification wording, logos, or marks unless certification has been confirmed for the specific product version.

Digital Switching And Control

Digital switching/control features must only be used on supported systems and explicitly configured safe circuits.

Do not use Atlas Mini to control safety-critical circuits or systems where accidental activation, failed activation, or delayed activation could create a hazard.

Always verify important vessel systems using the boat's physical controls and instruments.

Data And Privacy

Atlas Mini and Fisho may handle device, boat, trip, location, Dock Watch, telemetry, support, and account data.

Live location and boat data can be sensitive. Keep your Fisho account, setup codes, and device pairing details secure.

Before selling, transferring, returning, or disposing of a device, remove it from your account and factory reset it where possible.

Firmware And Updates

Firmware and app updates may be released to improve security, reliability, compatibility, or features.

Some features may require current firmware, current app versions, internet access, or cloud services.

Do not disconnect power during firmware updates unless instructed by support.

Product Claims

Product descriptions, specifications, screenshots, and feature lists may change as the product, app, firmware, and cloud services develop.

We try to keep product information accurate. If there is a material error, we will correct it as soon as reasonably practical.

Third-Party Marks

Third-party product names, service names, standards, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Use of third-party names does not imply endorsement, certification, approval, or affiliation unless expressly stated.
